Many of us believe lies without even realizing it. We're not intending to do it, usually we're not even aware. But these lies keep us locking in struggle and anxiety that God doesn't want for us. 

So what do we do about it? We need to let God get in there and do some deep cleaning but He needs our permission and cooperation, and that starts with us realizing what needs to be cleaned.

Getting clear on your real beliefs, not as you want them to be but as they are, will help you open the door to Jesus' healing love and presence to bring you the gift of truth.
